Mr. Robert Morel and Mr. Avi Feinberg, commercial real estate industry veterans -- each with over 25 years of experience, founded City One in 1997. In the past decade, City One has distinguished itself from much larger firms by offering commercial sales and rentals and in-house financing that arranges mortgages and assists buyers applying for city, state, and federal economic development programs, (i.e., energy reductions, property tax abatements, and structuring tax-exempt bond issues). Since 1997, City One has assisted over 250 companies in securing various different economic development benefits and has helped raise over $250,000,000 for its clients, in deal sizes ranging from $300,000 to $10 million.

City One represents properties throughout New York State, New Jersey, and Nassau and Suffolk Counties on Long Island. City One's primary focus, however, is within New York City, including Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx, and Staten Island. City One's offices are on the Northern edge of Greenpoint, Brooklyn, adjacent to Long Island City.
