City One arranged 90% SBA 504 and conventional financing in conjunction with NYC Industrial Development Agency “Straight Lease” benefits. The NYC IDA estimated that the company saved close to $1,000,000 in real estate taxes and other City benefits over the IDA lease term. This $3,925,000 real estate acquisition closed within three (3) months of the signing of the Contract of Sale. The company will also be receiving energy discounts and NYS Economic Development Zone (EDZ) benefits.
