Mr. Avi Feinberg, Co-founder and Director of Commercial Brokerage and Sales of City One, LLC, entered real estate brokerage and commercial property sales as a broker for Helmsley-Spear during the mid- to late-1980s. He has considerably experience with property sales throughout New York State, New Jersey, and Nassau and Suffolk Counties on Long Island.

Mr. Feinberg is a noted specialist in the New York City commercial real estate market, which includes Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx, and Staten Island. He has structured property sales and transactions while representing a number of prominent New York commercial real estate firms.
